The Argentine Port Council was created the 19 of November of 1993 through Resolution S.S.P. and V.N. Nº 69 signed by the Subsecretary of Ports and Navigable Channels, Lic. Rafael Conejero.

This Resolution resolves:

• Article 1º. - To recognize the existence of the Argentine Port Council, with the objectives established in their statute of creation.
  
  
• Article 2º. - To notify to the Port Council.
  
  
• Article 3º. - To register, communicate and file.
